fuel additatives?

What with the questionable fuel we buy these days for our older style motors, I just was wondering what kind of fuel additatives works or if you use any at all? I've heard of people using ATF.Sea Foam,Rev-X,etc. Does any of this stuff help off set low sulphur fuel or with the lubricating of pumps, seals, cleaning injector nozzels, etc. I guess the bottom line would be if it smooths out the engine and delivers more power. Anywho what seems to work for you?

I like Stanadyne in my truck also.

We use Howes in the work trucks, since it is cheap compared to Stanadyne.

fuel additatives?

I use DieselKleen 2-4 times a month, when I don't have DieselKleen in there, I use 2-stroke synthetic oil. I have heard if you have a cat converter, you can't run 2-stroke/ DieselKleen in the engine because the cat will get clogged up, am I right? I don't know. Maybe someone hear can clear that up.

We use powerservice diesel kleen in the white bottles in all of the rigs at my work. also we keep a bottle of powerservice diesel 911 in all of the plow trucks incase of fuel gel up. the stuff works great. Our fleet of patrol trucks are mid 90s l9000s with a few cummins and ih powerplants mechanical injection. so i figure if the powerservice works for them its good enough for my stroke.
