RKE engine running mod? cant find it

Looking at making it so i can lock my truck with it running with my key fob couldnt find it in search any help?

The only way you can do it is to disconnect the brown/white wire from the RKE module.
The draw back is the interior lights won't cancel immediately when the key is turned on after using the remote.
It may also affect the operation of the "power saver" function of the RKE box which kills power to map/glovebox to prevent battery drain if left on, so these devices may not operate after the timeout period without the ignition input to reset the timer.

I carry an extra set of keys.... And a pit bull

Ah too many down sides to this and thr extra set of keys doesnt work for me on my truck still wont lock while running

I went with the wired keypad on the door. It works with the ignition running.
