Well If you sandblasted it then power washed it, you will want to sandblast the flash rust off that the water caused

i have had VERY good results with POR15 as a"primer" then top coating it with some tractor supply lo-glare black

Looking for Blue 40-20-40 seats. PM me !!!!!!!

After blasting u just need to blow it off with compressed air, wipe it with acetone and primer and paint. Done.

I think POR-15 also has some sort of black UV protector that works well. I know that's what almost everybody uses when restoring vintage Airstream trailers that are prone to frame rust. They say it will last practically forever.

Also the flash rust won't cause any damage and actually helps the POR-15 to bond to some extent. POR=Paint Over Rust

The POR15 has NOTHING UV wise. It goes to S H I T in no time if exposed to the sun. But you could topcoat with POR15s Chassis Black.

As for painting over rust? I don't care who's product it is, that is a gimmic. The sandblasting will give all the BITE it needs

I've used rust bullet on a air cooler wv I owned 11 years ago and the rust I painted over is still contained and the paint still looks great.

Gun control is like trying to reduce drunk driving by making it tougher for sober people to own cars.
