Junkyard, craigslist, or the forums are you best bet.
The diesel radiator support for 95-97 is no longer produced.

I just went on the same hunt as you recently. I ended up ordering a gas support for my truck and cut the center drop out of it and welded in my old one. Everything else is the same other than that drop for the larger radiator.

Like 95f350 said, if tracking down a good condition used support is out of the question your best bet is to make a 'hybrid' support using a new gasser model and any salvageable components of your existing one, or chopping all of the cancer out of yours and welding in new plate.
Dieselbrad has some (probably the most of anyone on this forum) experience repairing core supports if I remember correctly from his dually build. Check out his build thread if you are looking for ideas.
