Just picked up my 97 ccsb 7.3

I just picked up my "new to me" 1997 F250 7.3 4x4 ccsb. Snapped 3 pics when I got it home. Overall its in pretty good shape.

264,600.... runs awesome. It needs some small odd and ends things. I got a big list of things to do, first is a straight pipe, 3" downpipe, and air intake.

There's nothing wrong with the trans? And the previous owner said it was a FL truck. And it was about halfway between my house and my parents (8 miles or so). It needs a gpr and possibly new gp's. Those are at the top of the to-do list. Thanks jcorkin, $35 sounds better than almost $70. Anyone have any other low buck suggestions for my days off?
