New guy here needing some guidance.

Hi fellas, i just bought a 95 crew cab dually diesel a couple weeks ago for a helluva sweet deal. It was having a hot start problem (it wouldnt lol), so after a little research on here decided to change the o rings on the ipr. Well needless to say problem solved and everything was happy happy happy. Before all this the truck fired up cold pretty much instantly, but now it takes 5 or 6 good cranks to get it to fire up cold. Any ideas guys?
