Looking to buy need help with price please

Had a super duty sold it last summer. Ready to buy a lower mile powerstroke and it seems to me the obs crew cabs xlt 4x4 f350 lonf box with 170ish miles the guys are asking 12.5k. That seems really high to me. I live north of Seattle and maybe it's the location I'm in but for a 96-97 12k just seems like to much. Any input would be helpful.

Dont like the wheels and flares on the 1st on. Flares hold dirt and rot out the fenders behind it

Second one does NOT have 3.73s unless someone changed the gearing. 4.10s and 3.55s were the Only 2 options.

And YES, I will find fault in ANY truck

Maintenance records on the first one are a plus. So is one-owner status. Hideous wheels are a minus. Flares may be hiding rust. Too bad they're both E4OhDears....

Just ran the vin on the red one and it said "Wheel Axles Wheelbase 336.0" ????? Thats the wheel base....28 feet long?

That is wrong. CCLB is 168" WB. bumper to bumper is about 21'
