Crackling sound when 50+ MPH?

I don't know what it is, but if I am cruising around town I don't get this noise. Its right in front of me when I'm driving. It sounds like its right on the firewall or in the dash. IT only does it in excess of 50+MPH. It's not a shake or anything that effects the driveability. Just wondering if this is a common thing with old fords, I wish I could describe the sound but its pretty uncommon to me.

Maybe the chrome window molding on the front windshield.

Sounds like it could be the #8 injector you are hearing. That one is always louder than the rest.

Does it happen when you're coasting at > 50 MPH? If so, my money's on the windshield molding.

Thats what I was thinking to, because it only does it whenever I get on the highway. I did notice when I was cleaning my windshield today that I could pull up on it a little bit. I bet the wind is catching it and playing hell with me haha.

What you guys suggest? Glue it back down?
