western plow????

when i bought my truck four years ago it came with a western bracket mount on it.i want to buy a plow and the rest of the stuff i need for it. cause i have that bracket can i put any ol western plow on it or does it have to be from a ford. thanks

It just needs to be the right plow with the right attachment on it to marry to your mount. I've got a western pro plus 7.5' blade and the quick mount. I love my plow..... Made over a grand yesterday with it!

You need to find out if you have a OLD hard style mount, Uni-mount or Ultra mount.

Do you still have the harness and controller in the truck?
If not you will need that for the 9007 bulbs.
You will also need the
A-frame,
Head gear,
Pump,
Quadrant
Blade
etc

Did you see the links to the other pics he posted?
If you have a western mount, it has to be one of the three pics he provided.

sorry didn't see the link. mine looks just like the last on. the other two are not close. sorry don't know a hoe hell of alot about plows. its the ultra mount. all i have on my truck is the bracket. so what else do i need. i know someone with a total chevy and the bracket looks just like mine. could all of that fit on my truck?

The blade, headgear and everything that comes off the truck is universal. But you have to see if you have the harness and controller on your truck still(or if previous owed took it off) The chevy truck side stuff will NOT work on your ford
