OIL leak Where dip stick goes in to pan

Has anyone dealt with a oil leak where the dip stick goes in. There is a big nut that was looses so I tried to tighten it. It would tighten then go loose again. I am wondering if there is a easy fix for this. It always seems to leak there right after a oil change.

Sounds like it was over tightened and warped the inner piece. A new O-ring will do nothing if that is the case
