Need input on up grades

Let me first say thanks for all the info this site has to offer there i some very good write ups and people with a lot of knowledge.
I recently purchased a 97 CCSB 4x4 4:10 gears 212000 on the clock i love these obs trucks.Here is what ive done so far TS-6 ,S&b intake ,3"downpipe to a stright pipe exhaust..Im wanting to restore this truck but wanna get all mechanical stuff done first..here is a list of stuff im wanting to do..Injectors stage1,Intercooler,gauges and trans i know will need replaced or built because its weak now..My question is do i need more stuff ? it will be a tow vehicle plus DD id like 350 to 400 hp and was hoping these mods would give it to me without high egt's..Your all thoughts and input..waste of money? not enough? where to buy injectors? best intercooler ideas? and trans?. i want it dependable as i have a load of kids with me with horses most of the time im towing ..do i need anything else? im open to all suggestions and thanks in advance..

I dont think anyone responded cuz you have a pretty good plan

As for IC options, a DIY setup is the easiest and cheapest from a E99 SD.

Also the only thing I would add to your list for your goal is an upgraded hpop and get your chip custom tuned. With a good cutom tow tune you wont have to worry too much about EGT's

We have helped many OBS owners build their truck..

You must use a IC with Inj's or you will have to have a custom tow tune that will defuel to stock HP...whats the point.

To get 400HP can be done with stage 1's.

i would throw in e fuel - i really like this. also a solid axle swap (but that may just be my personal hatred of the TTB) far and away my favorite non engine mod
