Stutter/hiccup but no codes. Any ideas?

Can't figure this one out. My truck was previously not starting. Turned out to be some bad wires and the heater element shorting. During the process of finding it, I replaced the CPS.

Now it starts up just fine, but I get a hiccup randomly between 1500-2100 rpms. Once I get above that it seems to go away. No lights, nothing on the dash moves erratically and there are no codes stored. Not blowing any smoke or anything. The hiccups occur pretty frequently though, probably every 10-15 seconds at most.

I'm about to start checking all the harnesses/plugs but wondered if there were any quick ideas someone might have to narrow my search a bit.

could be your injector pressure regulator i had a similar problem and thats what it was
