Want more black smoke

I have a 1996 F-350 PSD with auto tranny and with the edge programmer and I want more black smoke. I heard that you can get "smoker chips" to make them smoke good but have been unable to find them. If they do make these smoker chips can you stack it with another programmer. Is there any other way to make alot of smoke without getting to pricy. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a 97 with a flip chip and I only get a little bit of smoke. I can generate a decent amount if I really stomp the fuel pedal from a dead stop. I hear you can't do much better in an obs without new injectors. I guess I will have to live with what I have for now.....

Wouldnt that just be a waste of fuel making more smoke without making power. Really! why would you want more smoke if your only making a little over stock power? Does more smoke mean more power or is it just the aww factor your looking for.

i would say it would be the aww factor. I know that black smoke means unburnt fuel but I love the black smoke!

FYI the OBS trucks won't smoke like the superduties will, the factory injectors just don't spray enough to make BIG smoke. Do the right mods and the smoke will come lol

You could run a 140 HP tune, but you will only see about a 70 hp gain, and little smoke, if any. If you have a good intake, clean air filter and good exhaust, you should not see any smoke unless you really get lug it. Like Duane said, You gotta get some bigger injectors for smoke. If you are on a budget, look a the DIY injector kits. I did mine for a little less than $400, and now I have plenty of smoke whenever I want it.
