IDM Mod Question

Ok, so i'm definetly going to do the IDM Mod along with the 10K Mod (as i'm about to go back to school and can't afford to drop big $$ on a chip). So how do you tell what voltage your stock IDM is putting out so i can get the correct resistor. Oh, and by the way, anyone who has done this mod in the Denver, CO area, where did you get the resistor from?

Look on your IDM, its located on your drivers side inner fender close to the fire wall. The IDM will have a bunch of printed information on it near where the connector inserts into the IDM and that is where it will say "IDM-100" or "IDM-110" or "IDM-120", then you just buy the corresponding resistor to bump it to 140V and you ready to do the mod.

Look under the 7.3 tech files and you should find information on both of the mods, or you could google the mods individually and there is a TON of info on 'em
