Replacing Oil Cooler O rings. What type of coolant?

I am replacing the Oil Cooler in my 97 F-250. This requires me to drain my coolant if I am correct. What coolant should I buy to replace it? How much do I need? Should I replace anything else while my coolant is drained?

Oil cooler orings and gasket. Not the entire oil cooler.

I just did my oil cooler yesterday. I got Fleetguard coolant that is sca precharged from Napa. Between draining the block and radiator I got about 5 gallons out of the truck. I would say if you pick up 3 gallons of coolant and another 3 gallons of distilled water you should be good to go.
