Lowering it down.

I know this may raise some objections and different opinions ,however I will ask anyways. My 96 cc barely fits inside my gararge with 7 ft tall garage doors. I was wondering if there is any way I can easily take a few inches out of my suspension to give myself the extra room when pulling in. I have 285/75/R16s and was considering going to a 235/75/R16 when I get new tires to help with the height and maybe mileage?? Any thoughts would be nice. Also to my knowledge its all stock suspension.

u can take the blocks out of rear suspension.... if its 2wd, u can cut the front coils, 4wd... not much u can do as it it lowers any the axle will just rest on the bump stops.

X2 on what Frank said with 4x4's. I doubt even a perch flip would leave enough room for proper suspension travel. You'd smack the frame. On a 4x2 though I've always wondered if the lowering kit from LMC would work on the diesel. Hmmm . . .

There's a CCLB 2wd lowered at my school. I'm not one for lowered trucks but wow does it looks good.
