short answer, no, your gonna need atleast a couple inches, especially if your springs are setting flat, mini packs may help you out tho good luck

With the add a leaf in the front yes. Mine has factory overloads and all I had to do to clear 35s was shim the bumper out and nip off the inter lip of the bumper a little
