95 ccsb f250 srw

I have the opportunity to build the exact truck i want just looking for input or maybe encouragement. I have a ccsb 2wd truck at work with a 460 auto. I want to change to 7.3 5 speed 4wd f350. I have a donor truck right now w187xxx on the clock got it fairly cheap because owner thought fuel pump went out. Anyways runs like a top now but it's a rclb. I work on 6.0s and 7.3s everyday so I'm definitely not afraid of the work just wondering if I'm biting off more than i should.

go for it. it'll be much easier with a donor truck. is the donor a 350 or 250?

96 350 whoever had it before the kid i bought it from redid most of the truck. Body work is 10 foot quality but it's probably too nice for a donor

no donor is to nice lol, it all really depends on what you want in the end, but willing to bet you could get a nice donor looking truck and cash on top of what you have now so that you have extra funding for what you want, good luck, this sounds like a fun project

Still in the decision phase my boss doesn't want the crew cab so I have time to play with options. I could sell the 350 and buy a99 to 03 ccsb but i like the obs better. I was originally going to do a Cummins into a suburban until I got offered good money for my dodge donor. Of course my boss basically giving me the ccsb and saying he'd rather I drove a Ford helped.

it's definitely a 10 footer but it's a solid truck. I'll post better pics after it's cleaned up and this snow melts. This is a pic from the cl add.
