Block heater causing hum....

Maybe it does this all the time and I've never noticed before but I can hear this really low level hum and feel a slight vibration I'm my truck tonight after plugging it in. Is this normal or not?

It hums when its plugged in, if that is what you are asking.

Maybe that's the cause of the "Taos hum".... (Google it)
