Exactly my thoughts on that terry what is the point of the title if its getting scrapped soon I think I do need to tell the state some how it's getting scrapped or destroyed

In California you cannot sell the shell to anyone without the title in hand. Not even to a scrapper.

Yeah va is the worst to deal with they'd probably want to charge taxes on it and bunch of other crazy stuff just so I can disect this thing for what I need and sell/scrap the rest maybe if I read the title on the back it will tell me how to do it
