Anyone know where to get exhaust flanges?

I'm wanting to try my hand at making myself some bellowed up pipes. I figure new flanges, and bellows would be a good idea. I'm not sure what they are technically called or where they are found. The bellows I can find pretty easy though.

Good to know, thanks guys! Am I correct on my terminology here? It is the piece that is on the exhaust manifold side of the uppipes, which bolts to the manifold itself.
