low rpm under power miss

Hi I'm new to the fourm. My truck is a 96 f350 it has dp tuner, open ehaust, and afe airbox. Other that that its tock. I started the truck this morning and it had white smoke till it was all most warmed up. The truck sounds to have a miss at idle, and when it goes into overdrive it makes a moaning/droaning sound that I can feel untill the rpm's and speed reach 45mph or above. I've used fuel system cleaner, checked the under valve cover harnes. It has ew oil and fuel filter also new ipr and ipc. The problem seems worse at times and other times it seems better. Not sure if injectors or idm could be the problem. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Does it only do it when its cold or does it do it once it is up to operating temperature?

Your white smoke on start-up would leave me to believe you have a glow plug relay or glow plug issue that you may want to look into.

It puts out the smoke till its warm. Its a good bit of grayish smoke. But the miss seems to be in and out warm or cold at idle or mostly when it shifts into over drive and the rpm's get up to over 1500

I replaced everything. Glow plugs and relay at the end of last winter. I was thinking that but rechecked and everything was good

Not that I jave really noticed I was thinking injectors,idm since I checked everything else

Check your third brake light it can mess with the tc
