I wouldn't pay that. But that engine bay is abnormally clean one can even see the lint on the darth vader hat, which I assume is from when they wiped it down with some type of shining agent. If it was a 5speed I would probably consider it. There was one locally 5spd, crew 4x4 with 64k original miles. I tried and tried to get a deal but the dude wanted $24k and wouldn't budge or do any trading.

It's a $10,000 truck in CA, where rust-free trucks are more common. In the midwest, it could fetch $12,000. But the "mods" are all hat and no cattle.
* "Straight exhaust"? It's a cat delete pipe and a Silly exhaust tip. With a stock downpipe? And stock intake? Yeah, sure
* Shouldn't the EGT gauge sensor be on one of the manifolds, and not on the downpipe?
* That "Off road use only" switch is for a set of rather generic reverse lights which, although handy when backing up at night, aren't exactly "off-road".

Fifth wheel suggests that it hasn't exactly been babied. Subwoofer suggests that that the PO wasn't your doddering Uncle Ernie.

I would consider $16k for it. 20k if it had like 50k miles on it.

Its a good clean truck, but yeah a bit high. Mileage, interior, no rust is great but 20k is still pretty high. I can see this getting a good solid 15-17k. But you are looking for someone that is willing and searching for a clean CCLB. I just want the tailgate and hood so I can replace my damaged versions. haha.
