Turbo Question - 97 7.3
quick question, is the turbo in this year motor supposed to be quiet all the time? i only hear it when i floor it or am towing and you can barley hear it then
got around to asking so would love some feedback

Gut your exhaust and open your intake with an aftermarket intake system. The 6637 is quite popular on here. I liked my AFE but went 6637. The whine comes from the exhaust, the "vacuum" sound comes from the intake.
Nice and whistle'y now.
