I am looking into selling my truck to pay of some big bills I hav but need to replace it with another truck something of stock size still need 4 doors but something my wife could drive also with the kids. I want to stay with the 7.3 just for the many miles I can get out of the truck. So I've been looking around at trucks 95-03 cuz ill hav to finance something. As far as the years of the 7.3 is there any real difference on mileage I can get with good Matinace. And if I take my 6 pos. chip will it work on any of those yrs minus getting it reprogramed for what I get. And anybody intersted in buying a nice truck brand new tires got 300 miles on them fresh oil,trans,front and rear gear oil all with rev-x in it - trans

I dont think there is much difference in mileage but 99-03 are easier to get power out of since they are intercooled, 17*hpop, and e-fuel, larger injectors. I would stay away from 02-03 as they have PMR rods which are known to fail under pressure even under just a tune, just thought for u
