HPOP anti drain valve?

My dad has a 1995 7.3 and the HPOP reservoir leaks down after a day or two. I've found that the early '94-'95 HPOP had an anti drain valve and the only picture I've found of this shows it in passage coming from the IPR valve. Is this correct?

No the picture is misleading. I believe this is what you are looking for. It is in the valley under the valley cover. Upper left of the picture.

I believe that's the quick fill check valve for when the engine first starts up. The one I'm talking about is only on the '94 and '95 engines. I found a picture of it circled on the HPOP and looking at the face where it mounts, it's on the upper drivers side which is the oil return after the IPR valve. If that's where it's supposed to be then my dads is missing but I'm really not sure where it could have gone. If someone could verify that's where it is, I'd appreciate it.
