im removing my right front knuckle and im down to the bearing locknut which needs that special 4 prong socket.

i have bought the recessed prong one like this one

ToolKing.com: OTC 7158 Ford F-Series FW Bearing Locknut Socket

and the one with the prongs sticking strait out but both are too small in diameter. the locknut is bigger.

who knows which tool is for this axel? i believe i have a 1992-1994 dana 60 because it has the slide calipers on the kncukle.

i have checked autozone and advanced auto

Or use a brass punch and hammer to remove the nut and take it to the tool store to find the right one. They are not on tight. Generally no more than a half turn past touching.

As long as the keeper is out/bent back (don't remember which one you have) all the hub nuts are just past hand tight.

If you go to napa they will usually lend/rent you one. I bought the complete set of spindle sockets from auto zone for like $50 I think.
