95 psd electrical issue
I have a wierd issue on my truck. it is an xlt power windows and locks from the drivers door the left window up dow works perfect the right window button on the drivers door locks the passenger door but will not unlock it and the door lock button on the drivers door will roll the right window down but will not roll it up. the buttons on the right door will not control anything. the power window switch works perfect. And the dome light lol comes on with doors shut and goes out when doors open. the lights on door panels work as should as does both vanity mirrors. I am at a loss here. Any suggestions or ideas where to start looking.

Easiest place to start is removing the driver control panel from the mount in the door panel (after checking fuses but this shouldn't be your problem). With a meter check both sides of the switches to see if the electrical signal is passing through from one side to the other when activated. Next, pull the rubber boot in the door hinge to look for broken/shorted wires. The door hinge is a common break area.

Don't have much more to add than Matt. Had similar issues in my crewcab and the wiring was broken in both cab to rear door boots. I retaped/spliced it back together and it is in business.
