I have the Beans kit. Hardest part of the install was drilling the frame to mount the filter/pump bracket. BE CAREFUL REMOVING THE STOCK FUEL PUMP. There is a little plunger/driver that is not attached to the bottom of the pump very well. Drop that in the motor and you're pulling the pan.
Main parts of the kit on the ground: ![]() Filter/pump in place: ![]() Engine valley: ![]() What happens when a mechanic replaces a fuel pump for you but doesn't tell you that he dropped the plunger. $5000 later after the plunger eats through the pickup screen and spins against the LPOP and wears a hole through the engines front cover (backwards) that allows LPO to drain back into the pan and not go through the system. ![]()

Ok thanks for the reply. Did the kit come with installation instructions?

Yep, the kit is complete. PM me an email address and I'll send it to you. Might not do you any good without the parts in front of you for reference though.

BigFuel, are you sure that the tappet of the fuel pump caused that carnage? Couldnt be any other thing?

Nope, what was left of the tappet was pulled out of the pump when it seized. and destroyed the front of the motor. (Don't have pics of that, was so pissed that I put it on a post and shot it with my 12ga.
