Will a front end replacement work with a banks intercooler?

I want to put some sort of front end replacement on maybe a ranch hand or cattleman but have an intercooler. Will it fit? Any suggestions on a good front end replacement around 1 k?

I want to do this as well.

Edit- What I actually want to do, is install an intercooler without cutting off my ranchhand.
