7.3 idi swap to 7.3 stroke

Hey yall, i nees some help i have a 93 F250 xlt with the 7.3 idi in it. But the idi froze up. I have a 7.3 powerstroke that i am going to swap in. What do i all need for the swap? Like wirinf harness or brain box or what? Please help.

Are both vehicles the same transmission configuration?
Off the top of my head:
Engine Harness
Transmission Harness (if auto)
Dash harness
PCM
IDM
ECU
Skinny pedal (fuel by wire on the PSD).
If you can find a complete donor truck, this is probably the best option. You'll be able to figure out exactly what you need with a little work tearing into both trucks.
If that isn't an option, some International applications (namely the DT444E in school buses) have s standalone computer mounted on the valve cover that will make the swap easier than putting it together piece by piece.
The list above is in no way complete. Never done the swap myself, just helped friends along with theirs.

It's really not bad I'm doing the swap right now its just time consuming but pulling the dash is a pain if I wasn't cleaning and redoing stuff as I went I would be done with mine but I also have two trucks there is no way I would attempt it otherwise
