New problem, I think injectors

ok when i let my truck sit overnight and i go to start it up it will start up fine with a little grey smoke...then its like it has a miss and loses power going down the road but once it warms up a bit its like the flip of a switch and the truck will run amazing..i mean i will literally have my foot on the pedal in 4th gear and its like that switch is flipped and ill take off cause of where my foot is at on the pedal..let me know what yall think..oh truck has 318k miles
