Honestly... these prices are high... bought my running motor for 700, and see them all the time for that. I would splurged to 900 for a L99+ but never over 1000...

I recently missed out on a 95 e350 extended 15 passenger van with a powerstroke in it. Tranny was bad as reverse was out and seller advised against driving the vehicle for any distance really but from what they said, it ran great and got 21 mpg. Now sure, you would have to change the transmission but still, to get a full vehicle (oh yeah, they both front and rear a/c worked awesome) with a good running diesel (they had it regularly maintained as it was from a follege that had an automotive class in it) with 200k miles, for $1000 obo, it sort of puts it in perspective.
Don't get me started about how pissed I am I missed out on it. Last edited by eldridge201; 10-05-2012 at 09:51 PM. |
