I also have a 1995 PSD (F250) that I purchased last December. I flushed my coolant earlier this summer and went with TSC's FleetCharge and the refill. My brother also had a 1995 F350 PSD that he had for several years, used it to haul a BIG Lance cab-over camper. He's used the same for coolant, had great results.

I've never seen sca additive at walmart so I can't tell you about it but any tractor supply, napa, international, or ford dealer will have the proper additive.

I saw the SCA Napa has when I picked up the test strips but I already bought some at Walmart when I got the prestone flush kit. Ill probibly end up just getting the SCA at Napa for safe measures. Does anyone have a coolant filtration system on their trucks?
