New bumper and fog lights

I am a new bumper preferably black. Are there any decent priced aftermarket bumpers out there? What fog lights do you recommend?

This is the one I'm saving up for. Yes the pic is of a SD but it's the same bumper (cut for the OBS body) for our truck.
