my truck pull video

Was gonna try it in 3rd 4low but I am glad I used 2nd instead. Taking off the clutch slipped pretty good, let out and got back in it when it hooked. About halfway through the pull i was at 3k and the weight hadn't hit the truck so I didn't have a lot of momentum. Towards the end of the video you can see the front tires tryin to turn side to side, it was all I could do to keep it in a straight line with the posi in the front axle. Hopefully next time I will have a better clutch and can pull in 3rd. It was my first time, definitely will not be my last. Loved every bit of it. I was the last pull of the night so that's why its so dark.
I dont think they switched the weight of the sled from the bigger class diesels.
I pulled a 158.77 with just a 10k resistor and cheapie clutch.

since it was my first hook, I was more worried about watching the tach, the flagman, and holding on to the steering wheel for dear life. With it having that posi in the front axle, those front tires were diggin wherever they could find traction. It wanted to go anywhere but straight because of everyone else's ruts.

Awesome! Time to build the suction cup mod so the rest of us can live through you. No tractor pull in So. Cal. All I get is to watch it on RFD tv.

I believe there is one more pull coming up next month 2 hours away. Not sure if I wanna pull and take another chance on my clutch. If I happen to pull, Ill video it and itll be on here.
