98 powerstroke identification

hey guys i am changing a engine in a 98 e350 van powerstroke but i was wondering if its the same as what is in my truck my truck is a 97 f250 but mine has 2 seaperate plugs on the valve cover harness and the e350 only has a single one on each side and she was made in june of 98 if anyone know please let me know also wondering if she had split or single shot injectors or a way i could identify this
