There a bunch of small differences between the 94.5, 95, 96, and 97 (not counting the late 96 and 97 California versions which got the split-shot injectors) . They are all PSDs (all are 7.3L Direct Injected Turbo Diesels that use the Hydraulically Actuated Electronically Controlled Unit Injectors (HEUI)). The 94's , no matter if they were Turbo IDIs or the PSD, were labeled as turbodiesels (no Powerstroke badges). 95-97's all got the PSD badging.
