Parking Brake Question

This my be a stupid question, but I was driving my truck after working all night and getting no sleep. I forgot to take my parking brake off and drove about 30 miles with it on. Now, it does not engage so I am thinking the pad is worn down all the way. The parking brake is just the rear brake engaging on a 1997 OBS F-250. Just need to replace the rear brake pads, right?

The e-brake on these trucks is pathetic at best. Adjust it and motor on.
