Need help getting to a fuel line

I did a quick search but didn't come up with anything. Any ideas on how i can get to this thing. I can't find a way to get a wrench in there short of removing components. Thanks for the help.

Oh yeah, i found these in the valley when i removed the fuel bowl. Could i be missing an o-ring somewhere any idea where they might have went?

The size of the o ring is tough to tell but is it off an old fuel filter? Looks like it could be about that size?

looks like one from an old fuel filter to me. probly got droped by accident and never tried to get it out
