Exhaust hangers
Hey all, does anyone know where I can buy exhaust hangers from? The previous owner took off the muffler and resonator and welded straight pipe and did a bit of a job welding the hangers which look crap.
Need to get these ASAP before I have to stop in the road and pick my exhaust up! Many thanks in advance |

I think he's talking about the hanger on the pipe itself.
We built my exhaust on our own, and for hangers we used thread rod, heated it and bent it to fit, then welded it to the pipe. Looks like crap, but its an exhaust that nobody will ever see unless they are under the truck. If my exhaust were to fall off the truck i can bet you it wasn't from the hangers snapping off the pipe.

i get the 3/8 rod from home depot. its cheap and bends and welds nice. 1/2 inch is better but its hard to come by in the small town i live in

If anyone is interested I have several aftermarket hangers left over from kits. They are welded to the 4" exhaust clamps. If needed pm me and I'll get pictures.
