ICP Question
My F350 had a check engine light on and had all of the typical signs of a bad CPS. I changed that out and now the truck runs better but still has the check engine light on. Turns out it needs an ICP sensor. Ford dealer wants $200 and I found a Alliant Power online for $178.95 and a Bostech online for $149.95. Any reason not to buy the Bostech?

The one I found on Purediesel is $169.99. If the FORD OEM is that much better/reliable, then it is worth the extra 20 bucks.

What are the common signs of a failing or failed ICP?

Mine would surge, stall, buck, all kinds of weird things. Shifts hard when CE light is on. Mine is a 95 so I can't get it scanned just anywhere, so I initially thought it was CPS. It is inexpensive enough that I changed it out. I think it was bad as well because afterwards the truck ran better, but still had the weird idle surges and would stall sometimes while idling.
