97 F250 PSD Rear frame rust and repair...

Looks like my truck has some of the usual corrosion problems found here in the northeast. I just had to replace the front pair of rear leaf spring brackets when one busted through from corrosion. Previous owner already had the rear pairs replaced.

Looks like I now have some significant corrosion on the rear most frame near the rear bumper and especially on and around the joints with the rear most cross member so thats gonna need some work back there as well. It was rusted significantly enough that a buddy told me to remove the tow hitch as it was adding weight to the weakened area. So I did that too.

Does anyone know where I may be able to get my hands on a replacement for that rear cross piece? Does it have a name? Any advice or experiences on this greatly appreciated.
