Obs no start please help!

97 psd running funny floor it and motor goes quiet and turbo is doing all the work but loses so much power after a while it stalls then start up 10 mins later. Replaced cps and still does it. Under hood while motor running unplug both driverside injector harness and it doesnt change the way its idling which its idling rough. Got brand new idm and put it on and it jus cranks with no tailpipe smoke so i put a new wire harness to injectors and still wont start! Wtf is goin on?

Gettin plenty of fuel hpop not sure but it ran nefore new idm now it doesnt and i changed wite harness cuz driverside wasnt gettin any signal and i had replaced 2 ends already. My dad thinks it could be the ipr??
