Exploded Brake shoes

Cheaped out around six months ago and put the cheap napa "bonded" (AKA glued) brake shoes in when I redid my rear brakes. Pedal suddenly got a lot of extra travel the other day. Pulled the rear drum adjuster cover, and the bottom of the drum was full of brake shoe gravel. Took everything apart, the linings fell off the other shoes just handling them, other than that that side looked fine. $30 price difference between the 2 grades of rear shoes at napa, and the difference is the $63 dollar ones have riveted linings. Should have looked at the differences other than price last time I had the drums open.

Keep this in mind....
Heavy Duty and cheap usually dont mix well.

Have them warranty them out with a refund and get the good ones
