I have a fuel pressure gauge on my truck, mech fuel pump, i see a little under 50 psi at idle. I hear that most people with e fuel set the regulated at 65psi

So 50 PSI is what the stock reg runs at? Whats the reasoning for setting the adjustable reg higher?

according to Jim at rosewood the optimum pressure for our injectors is 65 psi

does that apply to stock injectors or aftermarket?

i would assume all, but i don't know never thought about it

Jim recommends 65 PSI for all injectors in the PSD, stock and aftermarket.
When I was running the stock fuel system along with the BB mod, I was seeing about 55 PSI at idle. I would say when running you could lose up to 5-10 PSI with the stock pump. Now that I am running the efuel setup, I have my system regulated to 66 PSI at idle. When driving, it dips down to 65 PSI. |
