94-97 exhaust on a manual??

I see MBRP and AFE says their exhausts fit automatic only.
Why can't it fot the manual and is there a way to make it fit?

Maybe they're not accounting for the bending of the pinch weld. AFAIK, it is a tighter fit with the ZF5, but with the usual mod to the cab, it should go.

Well, depends on what size you're looking at. Is that for the 3.5"?

I'm not sure but I've heard of people making it fit but have called around and what I've been told is that the firewall needs "massaging" (see; bash with a hammer) and a cross member needs to be relocated if it can be done.
