I'm new I dont know what to do

Bought my first diesel. 95 f-250 extended cab 7.3. Wondering what I should do to it (gauges, exhaust, intake, etc.). Also want to know where to get parts and what to stay away from.

Glad to have you - to the ORG!

What part of CA do you call home?

Many people say go with a DIY intake - You can search for "DIY Intake" or "6637" in the search box under the PowerStroke.org logo.
Since you're in CA AND you have a '95, you won't be subject to the 'smog' testing. So, exhaust mods are pretty much up to you. You can go turbo-back if you want.
As a rule of thumb, EGT, Trans temp (if you have an auto) and boost are the main 3 gauges to look at. There is Autometer, Isspro gauges to name a couple.

Congrats on your truck and good luck with modding!
