Starter solenoid question (yes ive searched around)

i just pulled my motor to do my oil pan gasket and as i was pulling the motor a buddy was helping me and labeling the wires. I think somehow he may have labeled my wires wrong. everywhere i look shows 2 sets of double wires n 1 heavy gauge RED on the same post. with the smaller wire on the other large post.

however my truck has 3 sets of double wire into on eylet anyone have pix of their solenoid or any idea what im talking about to help me? ill get pix tomorrow to help explain.

Are you talking about the relay on the fender, or the solenoid on the starter?
