How much power can stock 96 7.3 injectors stand when looking for a chip?

I love my 96 powerstroke just have got it looking for MORE POWER!!!!!! Was wondering how hard it would be to get to the 350 RWHP range would be. I was wondering if with stock injectors if that could be obtained. What other mods. are needed??? Because I'm kind of new to getting power out of a diesel.

At the 350 range you will need stage 1 injectors, some hpop, tranny work, intercooler, gauges, and custom tunes. The stock injectors can only support an 80 horse tune.

Yes the intercooler will work. And hpop their our many you could get a stock superduty 17* hpop or go with something like a terminator 500.

HPOP= Terminator T500, or a 17* out of a 99-03 Superduty. Personally I'd go for the T500 if money allows.
Intercooler itself from a 99-03 will work. In order to use existing tubing and spider you need one off of a E99 truck.

A good torque converter, bts valve body, and a cooler.

Bigger valve body and billet T.C. would be a good start. Plus an aftemarket transmission cooler.
350 ponies will cook an E40D pretty quick.

But driving habits are the big factor as well as how you treat it like boosted launches and burnouts.

Haha I've been getting on here more and more...
